Cadbury has today announced that it will be extending their sponsorship of the GAA Football U-21 Championship for a further three years.

GAA president Nickey Brennan has called on all parties in the Cork hurling dispute to take a more concerted view of the issues involved in light of other problems in Irish society at the moment, such as the economic crisis.

Cork's Fintan Goold, who helped the Rebels win the All-Ireland Under-21 football title last month, has been named as the Cadbury Hero of the Future for 2007.
