ALISTAIR CRAGG has his sights set firmly on the European Indoor Championships in Birmingham on March 2/3/4, when he will defend his 3,000m title.

FIVE athletes have been added to the Irish team for the European Indoor Championships in Madrid next month.

Ireland's Alistair Cragg continued his recent excellent indoor form with another 3,000 metres victory, at the Tyson Invitational meeting in Arkansas.
