THE Irish palate and food industry have been revolutionised in recent years, President Mary McAleese told the Terre Madre gastronomic festival in Waterford.

ORGANIC food sales in Ireland have increased by 82% to €104 million in the past two years, it was revealed in Waterford yesterday.
