The UN’s highest court has today confirmed that Germany has legal immunity from being sued in foreign courts by victims of Second World War Nazi atrocities.

An immigration judge has ordered the deportation of an 81-year-old man who served as an elite SS Death’s Head guard during Second World War Nazi operations, the US Justice Department has announced.
