Fraudster John Darwin has been ordered by a court to pay a £40,000 (€49,100) lump sum to authorities after two of his pensions matured.

Lawyers for canoe death fraudster Anne Darwin today offered to repay £591,838 she made from the scam she staged with her husband John.
