Frankie Dettori treated racegoers who headed to Longchamp ahead of the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe to a flying dismount after securing a Yorkshire victory aboard Anna Pavlova in the Prix de Royallieu.

Coastal Path ran out an easy winner of the Prix Chaudenay at Longchamp, leading home an Andre Fabre-trained one-two-three-four in the Group Two contest.

Alcazar will try to reverse Prix du Cadran form with Reefscape when the pair line up in the Group One Prix Royal-Oak at Longchamp on Sunday.
