An unofficial wing from the Palestinian Fatah movement has claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing which killed four people on a bus in Israel yesterday.

Yasser Arafat, leader of the Palestinian Fatah movement, today condemned the attack on the US, saying the Palestinian people were outraged by what had happened.
