Three days of mourning have been declared in the Ivory Coast following the death of more than 60 people at a New Years' Eve party.

Portsmouth players are finally expected to be paid their wages today but the Premier League and Professional Footballers' Association still have serious concerns over the long-term stability of the club.

The Professional Footballers' Association have confirmed Portsmouth failed to meet another deadline to pay their players but have been assured the funds will be provided by the end of the week.
