U2’s guitarist, The Edge, has signed up to become an ambassador for the UK learning disability charity, Mencap.

U2’s Bono and The Edge amazed a tiny audience of music fans after playing a secret gig as part of Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions.

Oasis rocker Noel Gallagher will play a one-off acoustic fundraising concert for British charity Mencap in November.
