Starting just as he did yesterday, Derek McGarrity and co-driver, Derek O’Gorman in their Subaru WRC, set the pace on the opening stage of today’s second leg of the Buy & Sell Circuit of Ireland Rally.

NOT content to rest on his laurels, Eugene Donnelly has already completed a deal that will see the 36-year-old Derry ace drive a Toyota Corolla WRC in next season’s Irish Tarmac Championship.

THE KBB Doors National Forest Rally Championship continues with Sunday’s Circuit of Wicklow, the second round in as many weeks. Cork’s John McCarthy (Subaru 555) and Limerick’s Dermot Kelly (Escort WRC) are the top two entrants and both are capable of victory.
