ANIMAL welfare campaigners bared almost all outside the Department of Agriculture and Food offices in Dublin yesterday, protesting new EU animal transport proposals.

COUNTER proposals on reform of the Common Agricultural Policy and world trade talks were published yesterday by the Irish Farmers’ Association following a National Council meeting in Dublin.
