JESSICA Harrington’s Quartino followed his narrow win in a novice race at Bellewstown, with a more clear-cut success in the featured Guinness Handicap Hurdle at Listowel yesterday.

SEAN FLANAGAN, yet another of the up-and-coming young jockeys in Ireland at the moment, was seen to particularly good effect when taking the Kerry Spring Water Hurdle aboard Kingsmaster at the final stage of the Listowel Festival yesterday.

DAVENPORT DEMOCRAT gave Ruby Walsh an armchair ride on his way to success in the Dawn Pure Orange Juice Beginners Chase at the first stage of the Listowel Festival yesterday.
