Rose Blossom battled on well to hold off all-comers and land the Cuisine De France Summer Stakes at York today.

Lucky Spin dropped down to six furlongs for the first time in her career at York yesterday and showed she has enough speed to make her mark as a sprinter.

Lucky Spin was well beaten when she visited York for the Royal Ascot meeting last month, but it was a totally different story at the sun-drenched course today.
