Westmeath’s defending champion, Robbie McCarthy, has retained his All-Ireland Softball (60x30) Men’s Open Senior Singles title, defeating second-ranked Eoin Kennedy (St. Brigid’s, Blanchardstown), in two games at Abbeylara in Co. Longford.
