THE South African athlete forced to undergo a gender verification test after taking the 2009 World Championships by storm has set her sights on a comeback.

CASTER SEMENYA has spoken of her delight at being able to return to the track after the International Association of Athletics Federations gave her the all-clear to resume her career.

NEW WORLD 800 metres champion Caster Semenya faces further scrutiny over her gender, with one of her competitors yesterday saying bluntly: “She’s a man.”
