Ireland’s tallest residential tower, the Elysian in Cork City centre, has been sold for over €90m to global property investors Kennedy Wilson.

Ireland’s tallest building, the Elysian Tower in Cork city, is expected to fetch more than €100m when it goes on sale in the coming weeks.

Nama will this week finalise its biggest asset sale to date — the Project Tower loan portfolio, connected with the Cork-based developer Michael O’Flynn.
