Wedding suppliers have said “I do” to support a bride who was ditched by the company that promised to fund her dream wedding to the tune of €10,000 — but left her almost €7,000 short.

A woman who was left almost €7,000 short from a prize to fund her dream wedding has said she was under the impression a percentage from the votes cast by the public to support her winning bid was going to Make-A-Wish Ireland.

A Tipperary woman who won €10,000 towards her dream wedding wants answers after she was told the website that ran the competition has left her around €7,000 short.
