Some 34,000 children are on community health waiting lists

Parents say they have been told that if they do not avail of training courses, their children with disabilities will be taken off HSE lists

Just 14% of the 1,270 applications for assessment of needs received by the HSE between June and September were actioned

A new report found "several instances whereby children with disabilities have not had any documented opportunities to participate in the development of legislation, policy and programmes which affect their lives".
