Beauty in Botswana

Bringing together the thrill of a safari, the luxury of a Wilderness camp and the beauty of Botswana, The Sanctuary at Wilderness Mombo is the first of Wilderness’s new wellness destinations.

Opened last month in the awe-inspring Okavango Delta, the elegant camp offers access to one of Africa’s most extraordinary ecosystems while combining an immersive wellbeing sanctuary.

Alongside epic wildlife experiences, you’ll find beautiful treatment rooms, including a couple’s suite, meditation cocoons, a lap pool, sauna, ice bath, treatment rooms, a gym with a view, and an open-air yoga deck.

If you like the sound of this, there’s a sister sanctuary opening at Wilderness Bisate in Rwanda in December.

Nightly rates from $2,805 per person (approx €2,405).

Wellness in Wicklow

Powerscourt Spa
Powerscourt Spa

We loved Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa when staying recently and were curious to see what was afoot in the spa refresh.

Turns out they’ve teamed up with one of our favourite luxury skincare brands, Omorovicza, in an exclusive partnership with the new Powerscourt Spa & Wellness.

With roots in Budapest’s thermal baths and its mineral-rich thermal waters, the partnership is exciting, with Powerscourt x Omorovicza Rituals specially created for the spa’s new direction.

Fans will find plenty of favourites too, from facials to body treatments, and those signature thermal and hammam suites and healing Himalayan salt chamber.
