"We went to Donegal last year and visited Errigal and Gweedore. It was stunning. There was a kombucha brand brewed up there – SynerChi Kombucha – and all these pizza places, including The Rusty Oven pizza in Dunfanaghy, which we loved. It felt really untouched."
