CURRENT business fares with Malev from Dublin to Budapest come in at €499 return for travel up to June 30. Malev also include access to a new Business Class Lounge in Budapest.
The timing of Malev’s flights are such that business people can feasibly make a return trip in one day.
ESTORIL on the Lisbon coast has been chosen by Joe Walsh Tours as their destination of the month.
It offers flights ex-Dublin and five nights accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis at the four-star Hotel Estoril for €474 (depart April 25) or seven nights from €574 at the Hotel Estoril Eden (April 21).
VINTAGE Travel is highlighting some Easter offers with savings of up to €117 on a week’s rental of selected individual hand-picked villas with private pools in France and Spain. It starts on April 23 for €813 or a couple can enjoy a smaller party rate of €696.
Return flights and car hire are not included.
PRICES have fallen in Canada, with American Holidays in the midst of a 30% sale up to the end of April. A five night package at the always popular four-star Delta Chelsea Hotel starts at €579 per person, based on a family of two adults and two kids (2-11) with return flights from Dublin. Prices are for online bookings only.
GARDENING guru Dermot O’Neill is leading trips this summer to Madeira and Paris on behalf of the Travel Department. The Madeira trip costs €899, while Paris comes in at €739.
The better deal would appear to be the Madeira offer given it is for seven nights in four–star accommodation.
