TURKEY attracted more than 90,000 visitors from Ireland this year, and Sunworld Holidays has just launched the most extensive holiday programme ever from Ireland.

- THE charming market town of Listowel will kick-start November fun in Kerry with its annual food fair. Often referred to as the Literary Capital of Ireland, Listowel’s Food Fair (November 4 to 7) is also famously the oldest of its kind in the country, albeit only going back to 1995.
