Hop on for history tour

PURVEYORS of Irish sporting and general history will be interested to learn that the Croke Park Stadium Tour will once again be serviced by a shuttle bus service for the summer months, and that it will include an extended service to the new Glasnevin Museum.

The shuttle, already up and running, will take tourists from the centre of Dublin (Trinity College with stops in Suffolk Street and Parnell Square) to the two landmark venues. The service, from Dublin City Centre to both Croke Park and Glasnevin, will run daily from Tuesday until Saturday. Timetables are available from www.gaa.ie/museum
