Lily Allen has revealed her mental health is “spiralling” as she plans time off from her BBC podcast amid reports she has split from her husband David Harbour.

The singer and actress, 39, hosts the Miss Me? podcast with her friend, presenter Miquita Oliver, where they catch up with each other and discuss the biggest cultural moments of the week.
