Little Acts of Kindness: 40 heartwarming deeds Irish children have done in 2025

Pictured are just some of the children who received a nomination for the Irish Examiner's Little Act of Kindness campaign, which recognises their good deeds in 2025.

Our Little Acts of Kindness campaign invited parents, grandparents, uncles, aunties, guardians, coaches, teachers and babysitters to nominate a child who deserves recognition for their good deeds in 2025.

We were inundated with names and stories of generosity and kindness, and each child received a complimentary Certificate of Kindness to celebrate their thoughtful actions.

Today, we are publishing as many names as possible in the Irish Examiner, with all names entered into a draw for a voucher.

The Irish Examiner will also make a donation to SVP in recognition of these acts of kindness. If you would also like to donate, please click here.

Below are 40 submissions - just some of the stories that touched our hearts.
