Turn on the immersion: A hot bath could be as good for your health as a long run

A recent study at the University of Coventry found that the body’s reaction to hot baths and saunas mimicked its response to low or moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, like jogging.
It can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and may have wider health benefits too.
