Fresh Cuts' Blouse €69.95

The sustainable fit

Dublin-based Fresh Cuts has teamed up with artist and muralist Claire Prouvost for a limited summer collection.

Featuring deconstructed figures, intuitive lines, and expressive shapes, the 100-piece collection is made with 100% GOTs certified organic cotton.

A women’s dress, blouse, and trousers, and a men’s short-sleeve shirt are among the items available with each coming in two prints; one crafted through careful collaboration with Prouvost and the second by creative director and brand co-founder, Lorna Murphy.

The jewellery

When it comes to special gifts, you can’t do much better than a piece of jewellery you will treasure for life.

Sometimes, though, we can be inclined to store such gifts in the back of a drawer, waiting to save them for equally special events.

Keane’s new collection, curated by influencer Jessica O’Mahony, is all about pieces that can be worn anytime, anywhere, whether you’re heading to brunch, doing the school run, or walking down the aisle.

Priced between €95 and €1,575, it features stunning earrings, rings, necklaces, bangles, and bracelets — so there really is something for everyone.

The day out

We’ve been waiting for this. A must for the summer family calendar, Explorium, Ireland’s National Sport and Science Centre, has reopened.

The world-class educational 110,000 sq ft facility, based in Sandyford, offers almost 250 exhibits and immersive experiences.

New attractions include “COOL IT”, an interactive experience that gives participants the chance to track their climate impact and explore potential solutions.

Explorium Activities has added the ‘Unreal Gardens’ and ‘Star Walk’ immersive AR journeys that transport visitors into a magical world of nature or on an exciting journey through the solar system in a 2,500sq ft state of the art space, the first of its kind in Europe.

Explorium Junior serves ages two to seven, while Explorium Science and Explorium Activities is aimed at ages eight to adult with a purpose-built 110-seater cinema and auditorium, G-Force bike, a Formula One simulator, Tesla Lightning Show, Gravity Room, Planetary Zone, and climbing walls. Don’t miss it.

Chanel's new No. 5
Chanel's new No. 5

The fragrance

Created in 1921, more than a century later Chanel No5 retains its iconic status.

In 2016, No5 L’Eau gave a modern take on the legacy.

Now there’s a new makeover — a modern new design ushers in another transformation.

The classic bottle is left behind and in its place is a new round glass structure — like a drop.

All hail the new fragrance for summer.
