Sustainable, money-saving swaps in Lush

The Lush Orca mascara is a completely solid block, free of any plastic tubing.
The Lush Orca mascara is a completely solid block, free of any plastic tubing.

We've recently found a shampoo bar that our hair actually gets along with (rare). It's the Seanik shampoo bar from Lush, which smells amazing and, at €12, it will be very cost-effective if the Lush website's guidance is correct. They say their shampoo bars last for up to 80 washes, which is roughly three times longer than the average 200ml bottle of shampoo. While there we also picked up one of their new naked mascaras in Orca which is free of any plastic tube packaging and at €14, is also a very affordable sustainable swap for your make-up bag. You simply wet your spoolie, stick it in the sold tube, and away you go. See  lush.com/ie.
