INSPIRATION

Bold, boisterous and colourfully clamorous, spring’s stripe redux is anything but shy. Vertical, horizontal, chevron or diagonal, take your pick but do remember: the mood is loud and proud so prepare to be noticed for all the right reasons.

STYLE NOTES

• Find thick bright stripes difficult to wear? Mix them with bands of black. Problem solved.

• Use your illusion: Get longer gams and minimise bigger busts with the help of thinner vertical lines.

• Pair stripes with tonal floral fabrics for a fresh take on print blocking. Add in a utilitarian army jacket for extra dash!
