Looking past the buzz-y title (“neuro” is an especially strange choice for a skincare product and the only means of filling one’s wrinkle at home are silicone-rich primers or serums, of which this is neither). This is an excellent moisturising, reparative, and temporarily-plumping product for normal or dry skin.
