Trend of the week: Natalie B Coleman’s AW looks

INSPIRATION

What do Roz Purcell, Angela Scanlon, Kathryn Thomas and Lorraine Keane all have in common? A shared love for Irish designer Natalie B Coleman, that’s what.

The Monaghan native and Central Saint Martins alum has become the celebrity go-to girl for whimsical fashion with a cool edge. And the fashion pack can’t get enough of her.

Her autumn winter 15 offering doesn’t disappoint. Inspired by Enid Blyton’s ‘The Magic Faraway Trees’ series, the ‘Make Believe’ collection boasts charming illustrations with oodles of hand-beading and embroidered finishings. We like? We love!

STYLE NOTES

Add a simple tee and ballet flats to the jacquard skirt for breezy style.

Wear the sequin shirt unbuttoned over a crop top and culottes.

Dress down the diaphanous ‘Enid’ dress with mannish brogues and a slick centre part ponytail.

Neoprene and leather make fitting friends: Pair the ‘Birthday Wish’ top with a colourful leather circle skirt or the ‘Birthday Wish’ skirt with a leather shirt.
