Scarlett carpet: Scarlett Johansson, Felicity Jones, Chrissy Teigen and Jennifer Slate

Scarlett Johansson looked extremely cool in this Preen minidress at the G’Day USA Gala in Los Angeles. 

The London brand’s slinky ‘Iman’ dress features tricolour fringing and a halter-neck. Scarlett accessorised with Sophia Webster pumps, stud-earrings and ear cuffs.

Felicity Jones’ Erdem gown brought some colour to the Art Directors Guild Awards in Beverly Hills. This look flatters her complexion and is certainly event appropriate but a tiered gown with three-quarter length sleeves, a floral print and a pussy-bow neckline looks at little stuffy.

There is a lot to like about Chrissy Teigen’s look at the DirecTV Super Saturday Night event in Arizona. Her Temperley London double-split maxi with metallic honeycomb print is stunning. The embroidery on her boxy crop-top tones perfectly, as do her Stuart Weitzman sandals.

Actress Jennifer Slate wore Dolce and Gabbana to the Virtuosos Awards in California. I love the bold print and the midi-length skirt with flared hem is very flattering. The Obvious Child star also wore PVC Christian Louboutin sandals.
