What are you wearing?

Today I’m wearing a Zara coat (€199), Topman shirt (around €40), Hunger Games pendant (€9) from Amazon.com, Topman watch (€5 on sale), Topman acid wash jeans (hand-me-downs), Converse shoes ($30 in the US) and H&M belt ($8 in the US).

Describe your style in three words?

Individual, trendy, fresh.

How long does it take you to get dressed in the morning?

15-20 minutes, hair and all!

Fashion or function — which word best describes your attitude to clothes and why?

Function. Personally, I think that fashion is everywhere and you can find it wherever you look. Thus, I always go for function first — and then find a fashionable version.

What’s your biggest source of style inspiration?

Everyone around me: Family, friends, my partner, random people on the street — there is always something which sparks an interest! At the minute, I’m living in Paris and from watching Parisian street style.

Where do you like to shop?

I love high street. I like to add some bits from everywhere that I go into my wardrobe, but at the moment my go-to is Zara. I’m starting to have a look at vintage stores too.

Who or what is Ireland’s greatest undiscovered gem?

My main interests lie in the world of blogging and there are so many to choose from including Retroflame (Retro-flame.com), but as I have my own blog, I’m a little biased and think that Landofpod ( www.Landofpod.wordpress.com ) is certainly the way to go. If you haven’t heard of it, you should definitely check it out.

Why does your style/outfit work?

I think that my outfit works because it has a good mix of styles. The jacket is very proper , the hood adds some flair and the pop of Converse colour brings it all together.
