was a show stopper at the VMAs in a figure-hugging black lace dress by Nicolas Jebran. It was high-necked, long-sleeved and full-length, yet it was the sexiest look on the red carpet. Younger stars, take note.
It’s not exactly a look that screams “covered up” but this is the most demure we’ve seen in a long time. It happens to be the best she’s looked too. Even her make-up seems softer. More please, Miley.
