¦ Pressing the phone to your face causes friction, heat and blocked pores. Use a headset or FaceTime if you really can’t stop.

¦ Sharing jars of product is bad for two reasons. Once opened, jar packaging is unable to keep active skincare ingredients stable, meaning their benefits diminish daily. Moreover, repeatedly dipping your fingers into a jar is unhygienic. Dipping after others is just gross. Plump for products in tubes or pump-bottles where possible.
