* Anne Hathaway shows what to match a dark elfin pixie cut and raspberry lips to — a white crystal-crusted haute couture Chanel dress, Chanel jewels and custom vegan Aldo shoes. She’s divine as she works the red carpet at the Golden Globes We’ll forgive her the speech.

* With straight hair and minimal make-up, Marion Cotillard might have benefited from a bit more sizzle at the Golden Globes but her asymmetrical, blood-orange bold Christian Dior haute couture dress does the talking with Dior heels and Louboutin clutch. Young and fresh.

* It’s very bare with those cut-away sides and a teensy bit bridal, but you can’t argue that actress Jaimie Alexander has the striking figure to carry it off as she arrives at the world premiere of The Last Stand. Just a shame she didn’t accessorise more.
