It’s obvious Katy Perry loves to have fun with fashion, but she was bang on trend this week in this flapper style dress — it’ll be ‘all hail the 20s’ when The Great Gatsby is released later this year.

She’s only 15 and she’s picking up our Best Dressed prize of the week. Chloe Moretz wore a Max Mara dress with Rupert Sanderson shoes at the 2012 Women in Film Awards. Simply stunning.
