TV presenter and journalist Piers Morgan has been taken to hospital after he tripped on âa small stepâ in a London hotel restaurant.
The 60-year-old, who hosts his show on YouTube, said he had fractured his femur in the incident and had to have a hip replacement.
In a post on X, Morgan said he is recovering in hospital and is on crutches for six weeks.
He added: âNew year off to a cracking start, I blame (US) president (Donald) Trump.â
