Presenter Piers Morgan in hospital after tripping on a step in London hotel

Morgan said he is recovering in hospital and is on crutches for six weeks.

TV presenter and journalist Piers Morgan has been taken to hospital after he tripped on “a small step” in a London hotel restaurant.

The 60-year-old, who hosts his Piers Morgan Uncensored show on YouTube, said he had fractured his femur in the incident and had to have a hip replacement.
