Sharon Stone has said she was pressured to have sex with her male co-stars in order to have better chemistry with them on-screen and was misled while filming the most famous scene in Basic Instinct without underwear.

The actress said she did not know she would be so exposed in the 1992 thriller, in which she starred opposite Michael Douglas.
