Standard practice regarding refunds applies in these circumstances, with people advised to return to their point of purchase.
The promoters confirmed that Live at the Marquee will return to its existing docklands site next year.
The site - the old Ford Distribution Depot on Monahan Road - was sold in 2018 and is the subject of a major housing development. As such, it was expected Live at the Marquee would move to a new site next year.
Aiken also cancelled the 2020 Live at the Iveagh Gardens concert series. Four concerts - James Blunt, Damien Dempsey, Aslan and Sinead O'Connor - have been reorganised for July 2021.
The new dates are:
- - Damien Dempsey (original date, July 10, 2020) rescheduled for July 10, 2021
- - James Blunt (original date, July 12, 2020) rescheduled for July 11, 2021
