Love Island's Maura Higgins to appear on Late Late Show

Love Island star Maura Higgins has had a rocket rise to fame since her appearance on the reality show, and things don't seem to be slowing down for the Longford native.

The 28-year-old is set to join host Ryan Tubridy on The Late Late Show when it returns next month.

Earlier this week, Higgins apologised to fans for cancelling a personal appearance, saying she was "completely burnt out".

Aisling Bea and Sinead O'Connor are also set to appear on the late night talk show.

The Late Late Show returns September 6.
