Rehearsals begin in Dublin for Menopause the Musical
It’s back, and this time it has a whole new cast.
Rehearsals have started in Dublin today for the Irish tour of Menopause the Musical.
Following previous shows in 2010 and 2008, the show has booked a 16-venue tour around Ireland beginning in the Watergate Kilkenny, on October 8.
The musical is a celebration of women and 'The Change', set in the lingerie section of a department store.
The cast will belt out innuendo-laden versions of pop classics over a plethora of black lace bras, hot flushes, night sweats, memory loss, chocolate binges, sex and plastic surgery.
And who are the cast, we hear you ask?
No other than X Factor sensation Mary Byrne, Sue Collins from The Nualas, Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh and Linda Nolan from The Nolans.
