WATCH: Iggy Azalea is engaged
It’s wedding bells for Australian rapper Iggy Azalea.
The 24-year-old Australian rapper is engaged to her boyfriend, Los Angeles Lakers player Nick Young, who proposed at his 30th birthday party on Monday.
The couple have been dating since October 2013.
The proposal was caught on camera by their friend, Karen Civil, who shared the clip on Twitter.
Iggy instantly said "Yes", which was followed by cheers from his friends and family.
Late last night, Nick posted this cute Instagram of him and Iggy, saying: "She said yes. It's over man. I'm getting married!".
Nick presented the 'Fancy' hitmaker with a $500,000 ring featuring a 8.15 carat Fancy Intense Yellow cushion cut centre stone with 2.28 carats of white diamonds set onto 18 carat white gold.
The engagement comes just days after she officially cancelled her Great Escape tour, which was scheduled to kick off on Sept 18 in San Diego, because of a “creative change of heart”.
