Pharrell Williams joins Glastonbury line-up

Pharrell Williams and Florence And The Machine will be performing at this year’s Glastonbury.

A third headliner – who will join Foo Fighters and Kanye West – is yet to be announced.

But the festival tweeted that acts including Jamie T, Alt-J, La Roux, Mark Ronson, FKA Twigs, Mary J Blige, Jessie Ware, Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Charli XCX, Clean Bandit, Paloma Faith and The Chemical Brothers would be among the line-up.

The decision to book West as a headliner sparked a petition, with organiser Emily Eavis saying that it made her “question the dark underbelly of the web”.

Other acts include Belle And Sebastian, Hot Chip, Ben Howard, Suede, Motorhead, The Fall and Kate Tempest.

Blur’s Dave Rowntree recently confirmed that the band would not be the third headliner.

The festival runs from June 24-28 at Worthy Farm, in Somerset, UK.
