Jessica Simpson apparently got the party started a little early yesterday, judging by this red carpet interview at the 2015 Teen Vogue Fashion University.

The power-house singer seemed a little worse for wear discussing her love of fashion, as we still can’t comprehend some of her answers.

“If I’m not wearing a good outfit, I can’t sing a good song,” she told Extra.

She then went on to chat about her children - we think.

Something about her husband being her daughter’s boyfriend? We're confused.
