Lindsay Lohan starred as a reckless driver in an advert for car insurance during the Super Bowl.

The 'Mean Girls' actress - who has been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) numerous times - poked fun at herself in a commercial for Esurance during the match between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks last night.
