Kimye anger officials after using illegal security convoy

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West hired an illegal security escort in Arizona.

The couple are reported to have angered officials at the Phoenix Police Department after organising a small team to ride with them through the city using flashing red and blue lights - the use of which is prohibited by non-emergency vehicles.
