Hozier and The Chemical Brothers to headline Longitude 2015

Acts for this year's Longitude festival have been announced.

The first batch of acts to perform at this year's Longitude festival in Dublin's Marlay Park from July 17-19 have been announced.

Hozier, The Chemical Brothers, Alt-J, Caribout and Jungle are among the headliners while other acts include SBTRKT, Wild Beasts, Little Dragon, Young Fathers, Kaytranada, Hudson Mohawke, Wolf Alice, Slaves, Girl Band, and Gengahr.

Longitude has been nominated at the Irish Festival Awards for best medium festival for the second year running last year as well as receiving nominations in the best line up and family festival awards categories.

Although there had been fears weekend long festival following a record number of complaints by residents in previous years but was granted permission to proceed in December 2014.

Tickets for this year’s festival go on sale January 30.
