The 36-year-old star opened up about the agony she's been in since her breast reduction operation went wrong after joining the reality show last week and Channel 5 producers are now concerned she may choose to quit.

"Kate's boobs are a big worry, they could end up the reason we see her walking too." a source told the Daily Star newspaper.

"We can't possibly lose any more celebrities. Perez [Hilton] has been threatening to go too. We're cursed."

The former glamour model is believed to have accepted a £500,000 deal to appear on the show, forcing her to miss vital surgery today, and reality show bosses fear she could become the fourth celebrity to leave the house without being evicted.

"If you saw what I'm like underneath. The scar's gone sceptic," she said, opening up about the botched operation on the show.

"My whole implant was hanging out on New Year's Day. They were going to take them out on Monday."

"That's how bad it is under there. I'm not even allowed to wear a bra."

Alexander O'Neal was seen quitting the show in last night's episode following a number of altercations with gossip blogger Perez and former 'Coronation Street' actor Ken Morley and 'Baywatch' star Jeremy Jackson were both removed from the house following unacceptable behaviour meaning 'Ex on the Beach' beauty Chloe Goodman is the only celebrity to have been evicted by the public vote so far.

Meanwhile, 'Big Brother's Bit On The Side' host Rylan Clark has been forced to deny claims Perez has also quit the show after he was accused of posting the news on Twitter.
